Our Services Include:

•Promotion of your property via our successful company website, including presenter-led videos and professional photography
•Marketing through the Saxe Coburg office windows, which are in a prime, high-street location
•Local Radio advertising
•Accompanied viewings by our award-wininng Lettings Team, six days a week in addition to Sundays and Bank Holidays if required
•Credit check and thorough referencing process to ensure we are accepting the right tenant for your property. We treat properties as if they are our own
•Full documentation preparation, including the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, saving you time and money
•Instruction of an inventory clerk to comply with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) Making sure you as a Landlord are compliant
•Check-in and release of keys
•Tenancy Agreement signatures and exchange
•Placing the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service and monitoring the Tenant journey
