Speed and Snow – Ice Driving in Finnish Lapland

We are excited to offer this unique four day experience to our clients, the highlight of which is mastering those most difficult of driving conditions – ice and snow – and imagine being taught those skills by professional rally drivers who have taken part in the World Rally Championships!

Events Saxe Coburg LuxuryThe Bay of Bothnia is one of the last remaining places on earth where the sea is still frozen during winter. This is where you will get to learn skills such as drifting powerful cars on ice as well as experiencing many aspects of life in the Arctic. Against the background of beautiful scenery that is Finnish Lapland, you will be taught how to handle a high powered car by some of the world’s best rally drivers, such as Kristian Sohlberg, Toni Gardemeister or Ville Hasti, in one of the most tricky of driving environments.

Your destination is Kemi, renowned for its natural beauty. This is a region of fells and forests in an almost untouched wilderness adorned by lakes, rivers and rapids. Best of all, subject to cloud cover, it may be possible to see the Northern Lights, and one of the best places to catch a glimpse is right where you’ll be dining!
