It is important to us that we have a good rapport with our tenants from preparing the tenancy agreement to handling any day to day maintenance issues that arise during the tenancy; proven communication is the key.

Our Services Include:

•Advertising your property on market-leading portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, promotion of your property via our successful website, marketing through the Saxe Coburg office window which is in a prime location.
•Local Radio advertising
•Accompanied viewings six days a week with experienced and friendly staff
•Credit check and thorough referencing process to ensure we are accepting the right tenant for your property
•Full documentation preparation, including the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
•Instruction of an inventory clerk to comply with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
•Check in and release of keys
•Tenancy Agreement signatures and exchange
•Placing the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service
•Property Management Team to assist and organise maintenance issues that arise during tenancy (managed properties only)
•Three prominent offices open six days a week to help should you have a query

 

To support your needs as a Landlord we have our own in-house maintenance team to keep the cost of any repairs down, rather than you having to source and organise your own suppliers. Having a little black book of contacts at your beck-and-call through us means the call-out fees are much lower than your average contractor charges. Not to mention the waiting time is halved.

We pride ourselves on constantly price-checking our competitors to ensure that we have the lowest tenant fees in the area.There is an enormous amount of brand loyalty as many of our tenants will only look for properties through us when they decide to move as they do not want to pay excessive, inflated tenant fees that are charged by some of our competitors.
